The thoroughness of the woman at the front desk was much appreciated! She made sure I got the best package for me and then walked me through the equipment operation and what to expect. She took the extra time to get an appropriately sized robe, just for me, so I could move from one room to another without completely re-dressing. She made wonderful recommendations on the best formula for the hydration station and the best lotion, again tailored to my unique needs. Made me feel like a queen!
I bought a package of tans and used two of the tans,because it was the end of summer. I went in in April of the next year to use my three remaining tans and the lady told me that they had expired??????!!!! WHAT...it had barely been a year in fact MAY would have been a year AND when I purchased the tans they NEVER said anything about packages expiring or anything ridiculous like this. Needless to say three tans went wasted as she would not even let me use them.NOT even one. For the quality of the bulbs and the ridiculous time restraints on their packages I would NOT recommend this salon. I took my business elsewhere where they tell you UP-FRONT that the packages expire in TWO years. I suggest going somewhere else!
So it all started when I was going to go to California for spring break... I bought a self tanner. It was a disaster!!! It was the morning of my flight I woke up streaked and orange and a mess! I instantly called because I tanned here last spring in their beds... I didn't know if they did spray tans.. They did!! After telling her I looked like a white and orange stripped zebra she gave me instructions on what to do and She said she could get me right in!!!! I immediately went down and she was amazing she picked the color she knew what worked for my skin tone and Bam I was done in 15 minutes with the beautiful dark tan! I am super impressed with the results and for only $27! But really it's priceless! Highly recommend this salon! She knows her stuff!!
