Ulta Beauty in Richland, WA

Honestly if I could give this place ZERO stars, trust me I would. I live in Yakima and I was in Richland for a work trip for 2 weeks and I had set the store for pick up to the Queensgate location. I accidentally set a pick up order for that location, I called this place and asked them to cancel the order for me and they said that the only way to cancel the order is to wait 5 FREAKIN DAYS, or to go to Richland, when I live in YAKIMA, and cancel the order. Yeah like I'm going to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to just cancel a damn order. And then I spoke to a manager to see if she could accommodate and she said that she would cancel it herself and I gave her my name and still hasn't cancelled my order, so she basically lied to me. This Ulta at Queensgate location is a FREAKIN JOKE!!! The Ulta at the my Yakima location accommodates WAYYY better than this piece of crap store.

I have had a great haircut there twice..... but they continually cancel scheduled appointments. Between me and my 3 daughters they have canceled a total of 4 appointments in the last two months. This is very frustrating especially this last time. My daughter had an appointment for a haircut the day before her graduation..... they canceled it the day of. Now I'm scrambling to get her in somewhere else. Very unreliable!!

the person checking me out was too busy texting to even bother to acknowledge I was there. When she did finally notice me she continued on her phone for the entire exchange. I can buy the same items on Amazon and not have to deal with people ignoring me. By the way I can see when the Apple Watch shows a tinder notification I will never shop here again

I went here to get my senior prom makeup done and not only was it awful but I left in tears while being insulted on the way out. I was being very kind and understanding and trusting the process, letting her fix mistakes repeatedly. Then when we had no time left to fix anything I was trying to say that I wanted to take it off without hurting her feelings, she told me it was exactly like my photo and that my skin was just dry and I wasn't used to seeing myself in makeup. When the supervisor came over She told me it looked rly good and exactly like my inspo pic. As I was leaving I was trying to find a lipstick so I could try to do my own makeup as a last resort when a group of employees and the supervisor were talking about me only an isle away talking about how selfish it was and that one of the employees has her makeup fucked it for prom and she still payed 60$ for it because makeup artists deserve it. This was My inspo and what I got, This would have cost 60$

5 stars for Caira at the Brow Bar!! Highly skilled brow artist! Listened to what I wanted - and delivered.
