Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Richland, WA

Excellent customer service! My daughter and I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and they were so busy they were delayed getting us into our time slot. They were very apologetic, were honest about their mistake and proceeded to take very good care of us (once we got in)! They comp'd my daughter's nail art/designs and even brought her a quick snack! Thank you to the staff of Regal Nails! Awesome service and very good work!!

Regal nails has been doing my nails for years. Love them . Just wish they were open until 8pm.

Refused my mother for her nails because she didn't have a color picked and the guy was just being a total ass because he wanted to I refuse to see my mom hurt like that ever he was just being rude

Do Not spend your Money Here!!! On a girl's weekend we went to this nail salon. I wanted dip nails. So did my sister. The manager discouraged her with his customer interaction. I admittedly have short nails (menopause, low collagen, nails breaking). I wanted to clean the slate, so I just asked for dip nails as my nail tech in AK had almost exclusively done them. The man said that it would look much better with tips... so I agreed. His counterpart then came over and said $50. So I agreed. He then proceeded to put on all the tips, clipped them and then asked "what shape would you like?". I am doing X shape currently. I looked at all the options offered and said that I would like them to be rounded. He said.. "ok". then 6 nails later a lady came over and she said $5.00 extra. I kind of laughed and said.. oh, so you are going to charge extra me for everything.. which apparently made him mad. He said... everyone know it costs more to get your nails filed... I said, "I've never paid for filing nails before". He said " everyone knows that it's extra". I said....I've never paid for that before".. He said, "Well you should go there next time."... He said"Where was this place"... , I said "In Alaska". He said "Well why aren't they everywhere?!".. I said.l.."Look, I don't necessarily have a problem paying, I just thing that it is good customer service to notify people ahead of time if you are going to charge for things". There was no indications on any of the menus or signs. He stopped looking at me and the rest of the manicure was very unenjoyable. He finished as quickly and as abruptly as possible with no eye contact and a lot of unintelligible conversation with the other nail technicians. I was scheduled to do do both a mani/pedi, but I said no thank you to the pedicure after my experience with the manicurea. When I went pay, I said to the woman "Are you the manager?". She said, "No", he is. I said, "Well at least I can do a Yelp review"..

I'm from Seattle and usually only get my nails done at sky nails by Lucy but I was with my friend today and decided we needed some self care on our way to walla walla and stopped in for a full set and pedi. I was so amazed at how well she did. If I'm ever in the area I will absolutely stop by again
