  • What Personally Identifiable Information we collect when you access our website, how we use it, and with whom it may be shared.
  • The choices available to you regarding the use of your data.
  • What we’re doing to secure your info and protect it from misuse.
  • How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Please note that if you’ve opted out of receiving email communications from us, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. What Info We Collect & Use

During the registration process and through your account settings, we may ask you to provide us with the following information:

  • Company name
  • Contact info (name, job title, physical address, email address, phone number)
  • Business info (tax ID, MCC, payment methods)
  • Personal info (date of birth, last 4 digits of SSN, driver’s license or passport #)

Some of this info may be required to verify your business in order to register with us or to take advantage of certain features. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email, sign up, or other direct contact from you.

Periodically, we may send promotional emails about new products, brands, special offers, or other news we think would be relevant to you. We also may send emails regarding your order and/or account statuses. These would be sent to the email address you provided at signup. Additionally, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This helps us improve your experience on our website and make it more interesting and enjoyable.

If you would like to opt out of receiving email and/or marketing communications, you can reach out to us anytime at hello@atriume.com. You can always check for notifications regarding your order statuses or account in the ‘Inbox’ tab on your Atriume dashboard.

Cookies & Information Collected by Third Parties

Like many other websites, we use “cookies” to receive and record certain types of information each time you access our website. This information may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of device/browser you are using, and what page you are requesting.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive that helps us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For example, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to enter a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any Personally Identifiable Information on our site.

We may use the data we receive from cookies to customize content for you that we think you would like based on your account activity in order to make your experience on our site more interesting and enjoyable. We also may use it to improve our website and Services based on which pages and features are being visited and used the most.

Our website may contain links to third party websites. Please note that if you click on an external link that takes you off our website, we have no control or responsibility over their privacy policies or practices, or how they use their cookies. We recommend users read the privacy statements of the website(s) in question to understand how they will use and protect your information.

Cookies also allow us to collect information about your online activity after you leave our Services. Just like any other information we collect, this information allows us to improve the Services and customize your online experience, and is only used in full accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option to tell websites that you do not want them to track your online activity across different websites. Please keep in mind that third party websites may not honor “Do Not Track” requests, and we are not responsible for the actions or policies of such sites.

With your explicit consent, ATRIUME uses Stripe to gather data from financial institutions. By using our Services, you give ATRIUME and Stripe permission to act on your behalf to access and transmit personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution and agree to this information being transferred, stored, and processed by Stripe in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

What We Share

We do not rent or sell your Personally Identifiable Information in any form to any third party, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may share customer information under the following circumstances:

  • Advertisers: We allow advertisers and/or merchant partners (“Advertisers”) to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and/or promotional offers. You agree that we may provide any of the information we have collected from you in non-personally identifiable form to an Advertiser, in order for that Advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements and/or offers. For example, we might use the fact you are located in New York to show you ads or offers for New York businesses, but we will not reveal your identity to such businesses. We also may allow Advertisers to display their ads to users with similar usage patterns to yours, but we will not disclose usage information to Advertisers except in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. Please note that if an Advertiser asks us to show an ad to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the Advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach.

We may deliver a file to you through the Services (known as a “web beacon”) from an ad network. Web beacons allow ad networks to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research, and reporting for us and for Advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve you targeted ads when you visit other websites. Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a page from their website. You may be able to opt-out of web beacon tracking conducted by third parties through our Services by adjusting the Do Not Track settings on your browser. Again, please note that we don’t control whether or how these third parties comply with Do Not Track requests.

  • Affiliate Partners: We work closely with affiliated businesses. In many cases, such as with our Marketplace sellers, these businesses operate online storefronts with ATRIUME to sell their products or services to you through ATRIUME. In other cases, we operate online storefronts, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share only the necessary customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions and services on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card transactions, and providing customer service. They only have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose, unless stated otherwise by us or the third party.

  • Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of ATRIUME users on behalf of our affiliated businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjust your account settings.

  • Business Transfers: As we continue to grow our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to the policies outlined in any pre-existing Privacy Notice, unless you consent otherwise. Also, in the unlikely event that ATRIUME, LLC., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will naturally be one of the transferred assets.

  • Legal Protection & Obligation: We reserve the right to release any information, personal or otherwise, if we reasonably believe it is appropriate and necessary to comply with the law or court order. We also reserve the right to enforce and/or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATRIUME, our users, employees, or others. This includes exchanging information with third-party companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing Personally Identifiable Information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

  • User Profiles and Submissions: Certain user profile information, including your name, company name, location, and any video or image content that has been uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for our services. Your account privacy settings may allow you to limit who can see the Personal Information in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible to others. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (such as in discussion forums, messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your user name may also be displayed to other users when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments.

  • With Your Consent: Aside from the situations described above, we will notify you if and when there is a circumstance where information about you might go to third parties. You will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Our Security Measures

It is your responsibility to take precautionary measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information. Choose and protect your password appropriately and limit access to your computer/device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

The Choices You Have

You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind certain information may be needed in order to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.

You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. However, we may maintain a copy of the previous information in our records after you make changes, and some of that information may remain in our records after you delete it from your account. We may use any aggregated data that derives from or incorporates your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a way that would identify you personally.

If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the Personal Information we have on file about you, or if you would like to access, correct, amend, or delete any of this information, please contact us at hello@atriume.com.

Online Privacy Protection for Children

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

We may have certain products available on our Marketplace that are safe to use or meant to be used for children. However, ATRIUME does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 and we do not sell or market our products or Services to children.
