As someone who doesn't usually get my hair colored, I was nervous. I told Erika what I wanted and right off the bat she knew exactly what I meant. I left it pretty much up to her and she hit the nail on the head for subtle, natural blonding. She took her time and did a great job despite me having a lot of hair and things taking longer than anticipated. I am so happy with her work and will go back. Would definitely recommend her to a friend!
Love Vintage and you cannot go wrong with any stylist. My stylist of choice is Melanie who absolutely does the best and is up on on all the latest... not only that but she is the sweetest!
Nice salon!! Kind and friendly staff. I highly recommend Alisia for hair coloring! She is the first to get the right color for my skin tone and consistently. Such a neat salon located in the corner of the village. The place was clean & organized, a lot of windows to provide good natural lighting. They were friendly & welcoming, Sam was awesome & bubbly like my mimosa I enjoyed while my hair was processing color . I always struggle between what I want and what I need. Juno finds really good balance and my hair turned out so good.
I have pros and cons about this salon. First lets start with the pros, I was able to get seen quickly which was extra special for my birthday treat to myself. The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant. You don't feel like you are in the middle of other peoples conversations. They have drinks and snacks which is great when you spend hours there. Now for the cons, I went in and asked for the stylist to have creative freedom on my hair. I let her know I wanted bright colors and that I did have previous box dye in my hair. At first I really liked it but as the days have progressed the hair really hide away because she chose to keep some of my natural colors in to allow a hide and seek kind of look. I was really hoping for a WOW kind of style and color. No one at work seemed to really notice and it left me feeling a bit bummed especially given the fact it was $140 for a few sections in my very short hair. This experience definitely left me feeling like choosing a different place would be better.
