I should have listened to my gut as soon as I went in and saw that instead of soaking off my powder dipped nails, the technician went in with a nail clipper and VERTICALLY CLIPPED THE TIPS. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. Save your money and your nails, go somewhere else.

Spotlessly clean (check), honored appointment time (check), great massage chair (check), nice foot and hand massage with lotion (check), steady hand with the paint brush (check)...and then the total for a basic mani/pedi comes to $60 (without tip). Yikes! I'm still trying to find a salon that isn't a toxic dump, doesn't leave me waiting and offers reasonable prices. Where are you?

Great for acrylic nails and pedicures. Best I've found in the Tri-Cities after trying several. Pedicure bowls use the disposable liners. Clean cloth towels, not paper, to dry your hands.

What's the point of making an appointment? I called yesterday to make an appointment, confirmed a 10am for the next day. I go in to said appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment then to come back later.... Mmmkay. Ridiculous!
