La Mode Spa and Salon in Richland, WA

From stepping into their front door to leaving after my facial, this entire experience was luxurious. The building is clean and beautiful. You're taken into their "hidden room" where there are fluffy, supersized bean bags and chairs to choose from to sit and fill out your paperwork. The lighting is dim and the music is relaxing. There are tiny containers of snacks and they'll bring you either water or tea of your choosing. I already feel pampered.

After paperwork was filled out, I'm taken to their facial room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a massage bed. I had never had a facial laying down but it works. The bed is nicely heated and couldn't be happier since it was cold outside. As I slip under the blanket and sheet, I am seriously touching their sheet. How is it so soft?!!!! It's the little things that makes the difference and boy, did it make a difference!

As for the facial, I don't think I've ever had a better facial than from Ashley. She was so meticulous and delicate in her movements. That facial was extremely relaxing. She didn't rush and it wasn't one of those facials where they stick gloves on you or a steamer on you and leave. Ashley is always working on either your face or body. She was friendly without being too chatty. Total professional. I will definitely be back.

Just had my first massage and facial here!  What a wonderful experience!! My daughter spoiled me for my birthday with a massage with Anna, who was so upbeat and did an awesome massage!  And my facial with Gabby was amazing also!  Great atmosphere, so relaxing and peaceful!  Just what I needed!  Thank you!!

My first visit here for a pedicure and I am extremely impressed with A La Mode.  The entire experience from intake to check out was done professionally and courtiously.  From beginning to end the entire visit was relaxed and comfortable.  I haven't had many pedicures but I can state unequivically that Martha is the best!   I had the Classic Pedicure, but for those who wish more amenities they offer an entire menu of options.  I have sensitive and tickelish feet and she handeled that with ease.  She was careful and listened to my concerns.  My feet have never looked better, nor have they ever felt better than they do now.  I will be a returning customer on a regular basis, I have found an awesome foot care home.

The mother of the bride and the soon to be mother-in-law check the bride there for a massage and facial we also had one we got to be alone in a back room in between and visit the massage was wonderful the facial was great I am looking forward to going again soon. Atmosphere was clean and exactly what I was looking for to take my daughter to I truly loved it I'll be going again

I have been getting pre-wedding facials by Lei for several months now and I could not be happier with how my skin looks! Lei is attentive to my skin's needs and always does a thorough job. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I have also gotten a few massages here which have been pretty good! I plan to keep coming back for this service as well.
