I have never loved my hair as much as I do now that Staci does it. She always manages to take my vague requests and turn them in to a flattering cut and style.
It was my first time in this salon to get my highlights, I get them done for a few years regularly, moved to Richland and was looking for a good hairdresser. Sierra did my hair and when I saw my hair, I couldn't believe that I didn't get any highlights but entire hair had pale bronze look, far away from blond highlights. I told her, she said it get better after wash. I gave time, no improvement so I contacted her and she said that she can add low tone. 2 weeks later I went to fix my hair, she did somewhat toned it, it still was ways far from good, my hair was better prior her work. I think she used very cheap product because colors are very shady , not bright. My surprise came afterwards when she wanted to charge me for correction of her work! She turned out, texted hour prior appt that she will, she never mentioned that before when I said that it doesn't work for me. I never had such an awful experience. Save your hair! !!
