this place is so horrible. they skinned my hair and left me bald with a chopped "hairline"
today I checked in on my phone app and had a 27 minute wait. I arrived 25 min later and was #1 in the queue of 7 waiting. I waited 15 minutes until the current customer was done. Then the hairdresser took a name from the walkins that was below my name on the queue. I left very pissed off. What good is the app? Why advertise that it puts you on the list when the list obviously means nothing.
The gals that took care of my boys haircuts did a fantastic job. Lots of laughs and nerves as the boys put their trust into a professional. Loved the cuts and the way my boys looked after they were done
Overall good customer service. Horrible hair cutting skills. No texture. Came in for 1 and a half inches and came out with 3 inches off and a horrible haircut. For as much as they cut hair they should be able to cut someone's hair. Embarrassing.
Genuinely happy faces will welcome you at the counter n ask if u have online check in? ( wow tech savvy, u can check in online such tht u dont have to wait in the queue. Ur friendly hair stylist will check u in the computer n make u seated at ur dresser. Just tell them what u want n it will be fulfilled. Most of the merchandise is buy one get one 50% off but i m guessing there will be different bogo offers at different times. I went for $6.99 ( coupons offer) hair cut which is good value for money. They wont wash ur hair or blow dry them but give u a new cut of ur choice for sure. Girl,boy, child or anyone in family can use it.
