just came here for a pedicure with gel&chrome powder. for the basic pedicure your basically paying for your toes to be trimmed. no product or anything. i felt so rushed and left with polish all over my toes.
I called and scheduled an appointment because of the fact that they're always busy and I have a busy schedule myself and I called ahead the day before to schedule. I go in about 10 minutes before my appointment time and I'm told I have to wait 30 minutes because they're already working on somebody and I have to wait. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to stick to the appointment time I don't really understand that but pretty frustrated and pretty upset so if you're ever looking to work around your own schedule and schedule an appointment, I highly recommend you not go here because of the fact that they will not have you down and they will not see you at the time that you're scheduled for because they'd rather take a walk in and have you wait than stick to their scheduled appointment
I won't be going back. The main element that created a negative experience was the rudeness of my nail tech. I could have dealt with a less than desired finished product or even the unmannerly way in which they asked for a tip if the gal who did my nails had been polite. I had a very hard time communicating with her, but I was able to smile and remain kind and she was not. I even had a picture of the exact nail outcome I wanted, but it was still a challenge communicating throughout the process. I ended up with nails that are SO WEIRD AND THICK! Plus, they charged me $25 higher than the normal price! And asked at the end for a tip, out loud, so that the whole shop of people could hear the amount. I left feeling taken advantage of, frustrated, and unsatisfied.
My mother in law came into town last minute for thanksgiving and we decided to get our nails done, we were nervous to find a new place to go but we were extremely please with this place! We got manicures and pedicures and it was so relaxing and all the ladies were super nice. It was super busy but the staff was awesome!
For the prices they offer, Cici's Nails does a good job. I would say their best services are their manicures, specifically acrylic nail sets. Overall a nice staff, clean environment, and fairly short wait time. Just be aware that calling ahead to make appointments won't really reserve you a time... it's better just to come during less busy hours.
