I love this place. This is my favorite place to get my nails done they always do the best job. I've been to so many nail salons and this one tops them all. They're so friendly and clean and organized here! Definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone.

I just moved to Richland a few months ago. I found this salon by searching places near me. I had a great manicure with shallac polish. I went with a Girl friend who had a pedicure. She loved the extra cleanliness step of disposal liners in her pedicure water tub. My manicure was great and atmosphere was really pleasant. Wish I could remember the name of who did my nails. Looking forward to going back.

I started coming here like a year or two ago and I never really request anyone but when I get Thao, she is very patient and detailed with her work. I love her! My last visit was on Veterans Day and I was seated with another one of the sweet ladies there, the whole salon was empty and it was only my friend and I getting manis. My friend sat with Thao and she was being patient and detailed as always. But the lady I got seemed in a rush and was filing my nails very quick, so quick that she sliced my fingers with the nail filer and the thicker one that's similar to a nail filer. I yanked my hand away but I didn't want to be rude and say anything yet. She sank my fingers in the water solution and when she pulled my hand out I had two cuts on one hand that started bleeding and two on the other that bled as well. Four cuts total that bled, several others that didn't. I felt bad that they worked Veterans Day and I still tipped her but she charged me full price after slicing up my fingers. Will be back because they do a good job, but I won't be getting a mani with her again hopefully. She did glue my cuts closed but it's not worth paying $35 + tip for mani and gel with sliced fingers.
