YOUnique Nail Spa in Bel Air, MD

I recently moved from San Diego to Bel Air. After trying 3 different nail places and feeling sad each and every time because the quality and artistry just wasn't there I tried Younique. I was not only impressed but I was blown away by Judy's passion and craftsmanship she took in making my nails beautiful! Her salon is at the top of its class in elegance. The selection of beverages is impressive. The quality of dipping powder is top notch. I love my nails and my pedicure has my feet feeling like butter. I look forward to making many more return visits.

I'm loving my lashes! Great price and they look amazing!! I also got my nails done and they look great as well! This is my new go to place for both. I can't wait to try their other services!

Judy does a nice job with eyebrow tinting. However, my appointment was cancelled twice last minute. Maybe they just got busy and decided to cancel? I just dont feel as if this is good business practice. But best of luck to them.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM HERE! We have been buying gift certificates for family members since they opened. The salon has definitely gone down in Customer Service! Honestly, I cannot believe they would piss off 3 women who use this salon - over $30!!! My daughter-in-law who lives in Cecil County has forgotten on several occasions to bring a certificate when she visited throughout the year. Her certificate expired less than a month ago and this salon would not honor ANY AMOUNT of the $30 value. She presented 2 gift certificates on 5/21/19 with a new one and last year's so it's evident she is a customer. I could understand if they wanted to charge a penalty of some sort but to give $0 for something that cost $30 is pretty unreasonable given it just expired! They are happy to take your cash, but no consideration is given for the paying customer. Many stores do give the full amount of expired gift certificates (especially when they just expired) to keep customers happy. When I called the manager to explain the circumstance, she said "too bad, it's expired". Shame on you Judy (if you really are the manager). I just received another gift certificate for Mother's Day and will use it but the 3 of us will no longer be doing business with this salon. There are MANY NICE SALONS in the area to choose from - don't use this one! We purchase salon certificates all the time, but won't buy one for this salon again - think twice before doing business with someone like this.

Do NOT go for eyelashes. They do a terrible job and ARE NOT QUALIFIED to do this type of work. My friend went and got hives all over her body and had a huge doctors bill, on top of paying for lash services. Places like this can not stay open or else they will keep on harming more and more customers. They need to make a change in lash extension services
