After several years going to this shop it has become a very disappointing experience After my experience sat I will return The pedicures rushed through the process While clipping my nails he cut my toe The water was extremely hot and he was annoyed when I told him Several other incidences occurred Been going to shop for past five years After my last 3 experiences will not go back Or recommend to others

Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I went in as a walk in to get a full set & the man was rushing, come to find out he wanted to do the lady who wanted her feet done as to someone's nails. Told me to come back later at 1:30 and never did terrible place and bad customer care since he wanted to not give me a full set but just gel and got mad when I told him no!

I asked the manicurist to be gentle when filing my nailbeds because I had acrylics done recently and my nail beds were thin. He was extremely rough and drilled my skin. The entire service was rushed and he didn't care at all what he was doing. I had to ask him several times to fix the shape of my nails because they were crooked. The end result is sloppy. The general shape of the nail is lumpy and inconsistent. Some of my nails aren't even completely polished. UPDATE: WOW I went back to have him fix the mess he made and he was very rude and yelled at me saying it was my fault his work was bad for not noticing the first time ....that's one I've never heard before. He fixed my nails but cut me several times in the process and I suspect it was on purpose. I said ow and he kept cutting me. I told him he needs to be carful with the drill because he cut me and he rudely brushed it off. Overall the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. Don't even think about coming here.

the man who did my nails rushed through every single step of the process. my pedicure and gel manicure came out extremely sloppy as he was watching the football game during the entirety of my service. I would have rather had someone take their time and do the service right than rush through it to get me out the door. the other people I went with very much enjoyed their experience with the women who did their manicures so I would only go back if one of the women did my nails.

My mom and I went in for pedicures on Sunday, they were busy enough so we sat for awhile but it wasn't too bad. Pedicure was okay for $22. Monday I noticed my left big toe was very sore and red, eventually it started swelling up and the pain increased. It is currently Wednesday and I just left urgent care where I found out I have a staph infection! I'll be on two antibiotics for a week. Not to mention I leave for my honeymoon tomorrow. Even though it's a cheap pedicure, definitely not worth getting an infection.
