I've been to supercuts a few times and they always did a decent job. The last time I went in there I got the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. It wasn't at all what I asked for.
I always thought this was a good place for my monthly cut and color as I could book the same day, the price was right, and everyone had been so positive and cheerful. But I won't return here anymore after yesterday's debacle. I booked online, called several times (only to be put on hold for 30 minutes, hung up and called back, but the line was busy the next 8 times I tried calling back). I came in at the appointed time. Only two people were working, but there are 6 chairs, and there were a lot of people waiting. I was told "the system" on their website should not have allowed me to book online and that I should have called for an appointment instead. They could see the booking and could have called me to confirm (I booked in the morning for a late afternoon appointment), but they didn't. They could have been nice and professional about it, but wasn't. They didn't handle this with courtesy and professionalism. Their attitude was quite the opposite. Then they said I could wait for a haircut only after the five men who were already waiting there were served, despite my booking. I will not be returning again.
I have extremely curly hair and Lauren knew exactly how to cut it. This is one of the best haircut I have had in a long time. I signed in on line and was notified via text 15 minutes before she was ready. The staff is friendly and the salon was clean.
I got my hair highlighted, styled and cut by Jessica, and she was amazing!! Everything I could have asked for and more with a haircut, and she was very nice too. I don't think I've ever gotten a hairstyle I loved as much as the one she gave me, my entire week was turned around for the best in an instant! I can't recommend enough.
