I was a walk in so no appointment and didn't get to pick my nail tech which is definitely worth mentioning. I asked for a design and the nail tech I was assigned (Dina) said she could do it but ultimately could not. I wish she would've said from the beginning that she wouldn't be able to do the design so I could've chosen a different color. The nail tech tried the design a few times and each time it was pretty uneven so I just asked her not to do a design. The nails with regular gel polish were very bumpy and uneven. When removing the design the nail tech didn't remove it all so my pinky has some extra gold sparkle where the rest of my nails do not. Other reviews show this place as having good line work but that was not the case for me so I don't think I will return.

Had appointments and were the only two in the salon. It took two hours for a regular pedi and dip mani, and no foot or hand massage with either. There were also lots of hidden fees including fees to take off old polish and for a "special nail shape" even though they are just my natural nail rounded? It was $110 when my usual salon charges 80 for both those services. It's clean inside, but I didn't like that they switched me from the person who did my pedicure for my manicure and that the man working the register kept standing over the lady doing my nails. Just an odd experience.

I'm a first time client. The parking situation is absolutely horrible. There's not enough spaces. My gel pedicure experience sucked. My appointment was at 1:45pm. I arrived and checked in at 1:43pm. I didn't get seen until 2:10pm, which is 25 minutes after my appointment time. I literally just sat in the pedicure chair waiting the 25 minutes and oh the water was scalding hot. That's ridiculous and unprofessional. The guy massaged my feet/legs for literally 2 minutes. There were people next to me who got much longer massages. I timed it. It's so not fair!! By the way, I got the paraffin pedicure, which is the middle priced pedicure. So, I assumed that the massage would be longer than 2 minutes, but I obviously assumed wrong. My experience seemed very rushed and it seems like they just don't care. There's a lot of hidden fees. They nickel and dime ya! Don't trust the high reviews like I did. Don't waste your time and money on this place!

I'm always able to walk in here last minute, even when they're busy, and have never waited long. Desiree did my spa pedicure and was full of personalized tips and tricks for my skincare and nail issues- like a wealth of knowledge! So nice!
