I like the atmosphere at this salon and I took my daughters to get cuts a several times. They are well behaved for their cuts and I tip well. Their haircuts were not always perfect but they were happy. Unfortunately, this is the THIRD time that the salon has cancelled their hair cuts at the last minute. If the stylists don't want to do kid's cuts, or would rather go home early, I suggest that they don't offer them. I will not be back.
Don't go when it's busy. Go when it opens or at your own risk. Thought it was decent for the price the first time until I went back and got burned by a really bad, choppy, uneven, cut. Sent them an email, no response.
I got my hair done last year in June I was a level 3 brunette and was asking for a blonde balayage and Julie was my stylist she was very nice and I thought she had done a great job until days later my hair began to fall out and all my curls were gone I do NOT recommend going here to anyone it's a year later and I finally decided to write a review my hair has curls again and I'm back to brown thank goodness she over processed and burned my hair off so yeah just no
The place is nice like some other reviews say.. but the service wasn't. Told me to come back next day to get blow dried... Instead of when my hair was wet. She was also super rough tugging and pulling on my hair (I have straight hair so it doesn't tangle like some other types of hair- so that can't be used as an excuse) I said "ouch!" multiple times and she didn't even apologize or anything for any of the times; she didn't seem to care. Also, every person in there has a resting b i t c h face and are very unpleasant.. They all remind me of the mean girls in high school that thought they were better than everyone else. They just have that look on their faces constantly (I'm sure you can picture what I'm talking about) -Would not recommend this place-
I have been getting haircuts from Julie for a few years now. She is always gives me a great haircut even though I do ask to change styles from time to time. Great relaxed atmosphere and all of the staff is friendly and helpful.
