Must bring cash!!! I really enjoy the pedicures, service and staff. What i do not love is the fact that Credit Cards or debit cards are no longer accepted. The owner installed a cash machine and if you don't have cash, you are asked to use the cash machine to pay the bill.

This is a tough one. It really depends which technician you get here. Karen is always wonderful, for example, and other female technicians have done a great job for me in the past. But beware if you are assigned to Edward. This was my second pedicure with him and the second time I'm left with raw, painful feet. It was a long time between appointments with him specifically, so I'd forgotten until we were already into it. My feet were admittedly very rough and dry (it's winter and I hadn't had a pedi in a few months), but Edward really overdid it. He is really aggressive and not super careful with tools like the grater and the coarse scrubbing blocks. I actually had to stop him because while trying to scrub the inner side of my sole he was inadvertently also scratching the hell out of the skin on my inner ankle and it was really painful. When I showed him how scratched and red it was, he was dismissive and said first that he didn't do that, to which I replied "I don't think you meant to, but you definitely did. Please just be gentle." And then he waved it off again and said it (the redness) was fine and would go away. No apology, just mansplaining. It looks even worse now. I'm attaching a photo of it. So now I'm up at 6am putting Neosporin all over my feet because it's still really painful and I'm worried those scratches and all the small cuts all along the edges of my heel/sole from extreme over-exfoliating are going to get infected. I leave for a two week vacation in a couple days so I'm hoping this doesn't become a larger issue. I think I'm gonna have to start going somewhere else. *Edited to add: looking through other Yelp and Google reviews, I just found several other complaints about Edward, including one from another woman who found him to be much too aggressive with tools and was ignored when she reacted in pain and asked him to be more gentle. Very disappointing that management doesn't seem to be taking these complaints seriously.

I had a manicure and I brought my friend from Iowa in for a pedicure. I had a gel manicure and my friend, a regular pedicure. I was thrilled with my gel manicure and it lasted more than two weeks. Guess I could tell you that it was absolutely perfect. What I can't remember, is the name of the manicurist. I can tell you that she put a little flower on each of my fourth fingers and it was so adorable. I'm a senior citizen, so this was my very first nail art experience. My friend loved her pedicure and talked about it the rest of the week. She was very happy That's why I'm giving the highest rec
