The Salon is going by a new name now (Nails of America) as it is under new ownership. I had never been to this salon before but my Mom offered a mani/pedi for my birthday and I couldn't say no to that. The shop is clean and cozy, the two women working were spectacular and funny, the treatment was delightful and my overall experience was lovely. My mom and I both indulged in a deluxe pedi ($75) which included a perefin wax treatment, hot stones and was definitely worth the price. I also got a standard mani ($25) that was from a lovely selection of colors and applied masterfully. I'm not from the area but will definitely be back the next time I am in Northampton!
They are doing such a great job taking all necessary safety precautions during covid ! They all do a great job with nails . I have been going here for the past year and a half, every two weeks, and I always leave happy with the way my nails look !
In my experience Kelly's offers the best full set gel manicure in the area. They take their time, which means I never leave with sore or cut up cuticles (which I can't say about Lucky's or the salons in the Holyoke Mall). They have a small family staff, which means you may have to wait sometimes if you're a walk in, but for me they're worth the wait.
Family run business. They are wonderful. My friends recommended them too me. I hate feet and my nails have been troublesome. So here I went. They do such a nice job. Friendly too. Tee is the man. I prefer him to do my feet. Once in awhile I'll get a mani if the nails need tlc. Since I do work with the public etc. I highly recommend this business. They treat you well.
Clean, friendly staff. Thorough and careful. Knows their own limitation and not afraid to ask for help. Went in today to take my dip manicure off which took some time but they were able to get it done. Great experience. Highly recommend
