Made a nail appointment online for the next day, just to have gel removal, but noted my nails were dipped and wasn't sure if they did that. I received a phone call the next morning saying they saw the note and she only had 15 minutes at that time and that dipped nails take longer to remove and they usually don't do them. I asked if there was another time available. She then wanted to know if I had my nails done there..I told her I'm not from the area. She then proceeded to make excuses of why it takes longer to remove..I cut her off thanked her and hung up. Very unprofessional if you want new customers this isn't the way to handle it. I'm sure had I requested a full mani it wouldn't have been a problem. I come thru the area on my way to our 2nd home..which we spend from April til November and was looking for a regular salon to go to.. your loss.

Love love love Heather at Salon Beautiful. So sad to be moving away and can't go get my hair cut by her anymore so I figured I'd write a review. Heather is so good at listening to exactly what you want (even if you're not really sure like me) and is always so friendly. I'm not really a talker but she is so nice I don't feel uncomfortable at all chatting about TV shows. Will miss her so much, thanks for the great haircut and product recs Heather!

I found this salon driving around and I'm making it my #1 stop to treat myself!! Thankful I meet Carla and she made my hair feel so alive and super Beautiful cut... ‍ very pleasant salon and friendly staff!

I see the same girl every time I go in for my haircut and she is amazing! I have thin, fine baby hair, and she works miracles with it. I always leave very happy! I probably shouldn't mention her name, because I'll never get another appointment in time again, but her name is Lizz.

I went here about two weeks ago to get a haircut. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment for the next day with Jennifer. When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken back promptly. After this though, my experience went down hill. From the start I was bombarded with constant sales pitches. I understand that the stylists work based on commission, but there is such a thing as being too pushy. I felt like I was treated like a dollar sign rather than a customer. Jennifer made sure to tell me about the current specials they had going on, which included a $20 hair glossing with any $30 hair service and a Mother's Day special which included a facial, manicure, and pedicure for $100. Since I was having a "treat yourself" day, I figured I'd get the $20 glossing since I was already spending $30 on the haircut. After shampooing my hair, Jennifer applied the glossing. This added about 20-25 minutes onto my service time. Not a problem and didn't care because it was an extra service she sold to me. Then she began the hair cut. I showed her what I wanted but I felt like I constantly had to remind her what I wanted. It was nothing like the picture. She initially didn't cut off enough hair, and I understand it's easier to take off then put back on, but I told you exactly how short I wanted it to be. I still had to ask for it to be cut shorter 3 times. I also had to tell her to layer my side bangs which are VERY obvious in the picture. Again, I had showed her a visual representation of what I wanted and voiced my needs and she still needed to be guided. Finally she was done cutting, but like I said it looked nothing like what I wanted. The whole entire time she tried to push the Mother's Day special on my about 3 times as well, in addition to constantly pushing the hair styling products she was using, which happen to be around $20 a piece. All in all, she only cut off three inches of hair. When she was done cutting and blow drying, I had her flat iron my hair because it was not flattering at all and I wanted to see if flat ironing my hair would make it look better until it grew out. At the end I was charged an additional $12 because of "how thick my hair was and how much she cut off". She only cut off about three inches. And my appointment didn't run longer because of my hair being thick, it ran longer because I bought your hair glossing service. Ended up with a total charge of $62, which isn't terrible at all, but for the subpar skill set and constant sales pitch I'd rather spend an extra $20 somewhere else. Won't be going back.
