My review is 1 star because I told the woman cutting my son's hair that we were growing his hair out and needed a little maintenance trim to even out the back of his hair with his side. I told her he's been growing his hair since November and that we are working on getting it long. She went ahead and gave him a full-on hair cut, cutting all his long locks. Then after I expressed my frustration with the fact that she did not follow my directions she charged me for the haircut. I'm beyond frustrated with my experience at Great Clips and will never go back.

Needed a good barber shop like back in the city of philadelphia. Tried everywhere! Badger and hound was the best, but pricey and always schedule packed. Great clips for a guy is my go to after 2 years of trying places out. They make notes on your haircut so you can adjust what you like for future visits. $14 + tip and very friendly and want you to speak up about how you like your hair. Good quick fades. Okay ladies!

been going to great clips for over a year, was literally called a regular today, but they still messed up my haircut! right before classes start too so thats fun. I have a noticeable hairstyle where the front is longer and styled, and it was just disregarded and just shaved flat! hairstyle= ruined.

Long wait. Always. Check in online? Long wait. Walk in? Long wait. Always only two hair dressers. Even on the weekend when there are a ton of people and the app won't even take more appointments. Two people cutting hair. Poorly managed. Actual hair cuts are decent.

This used to be my default place to go but lately I've been getting disappointed with them. On Tuesday their app said they were closed all day I tried calling the number letting it ring 10 times no one answered the following day I kept checking in to see how long the wait was and at times it was over 60 Minutes long and around 1 in the afternoon it said it was a hundred and twenty minute wait and if they're taking walk-ins only. When I go in there they have 10 chairs in at Salon but only ever two or three people working they need to hire more people it's ridiculous to have to wait 60 minutes to get a haircut on the average haircut takes 10 or 15 minutes. I think I'm going to start looking for another hair cutting place!
