Going into this salon I thought that I would be taken care of very well. I have long dark brown hair with dead ends that I had been putting off for a while. When I decided to go to this salon I asked for one inch to be cut off and for face framing. The lady that cut my hair cut off three inches of my hair, and she gave me curtain bangs. I repeatedly told her to stop cutting my hair and she did not. She brushed it off my saying that "it will be fine". I had been growing my hair out for two years, and in a matter of a couple minutes, all of that went to the garbage. I do not think anyone should come to this salon. They ignore what you want and will ruin your hair.
