Actually this review concerns only GG; I am sure that the nail salon does not reflect her values. Apparently this woman is too busy to answer her phone, voicemail or texts. This is a problem as it is the only way to set up an appointment with her. I am writing this review because I had purchased a groupon for her and, after a lot of wasted time, ended up having to replace it. Why have a Groupon if you don't intend to take on customers? So, if you are reading this, I highly recommend that you do not purchase the Groupon for her.

I bought a Groupon with a friend at the end of April for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. We bought the Groupon separately, but my friend called in to make the appointment for both of us so that there would be no confusion. She spoke with G.G. who is the woman providing the Groupon. My friend asked to schedule both of us at 10 am on Saturday (one week out), and G.G. confirmed that she wrote us both down for 10 am. Because we needed to leave by a specific time for a graduation ceremony, my friend called the day before our appointment to make sure that we would have enough time to get our nails done. G.G. asked what time we would need to leave by. My friend told her 11:15 am to which G.G. confirmed this would not be a problem. When we arrived at 10 am Saturday morning, G.G. was busy finishing up a manicure of another client and told us to pick our colors and that "it would be a little while". She quickly finished the manicure and told us to soak our nails, but then she moved over to a woman who was waiting to get a pedicure. So as we sat with our nails soaking, she started a full pedicure which she spent the next 30 minutes working on. As 10:30 rolled around, we were still soaking our nails in cold water, and I asked G.G. if she wanted me to rub off my nail polish to speed things up since we only had 45 minutes left for 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures. She said that she would do it and that it would just be a little longer. At that point, we asked her whether she would be able to get us done in time. This is where it escalated to a horrible experience. She then told us that she could still get us done even though she said it usually takes TWO HOURS to complete each person with the Groupon. She said that we should have known that she couldn't actually complete both of our nails at 10 am as she had clearly stated she could over the phone. According to her, we should have known by reading the Groupon that one of us would be at 10 am and one would be at 11 am. She said she always books that way and no one ever has a problem. Clearly, that doesn't make any sense, and if that was the case, then she should have told us over the phone that there is no way she can get us both out by 11:15 am. She proceeded to tell us that if we weren't wasting her time by "arguing" with her, she could finish up her other client and then get our nails done on time. Keep in mind that it was now 10:35 am. So, I asked her honestly whether she thinks that she could really get us both done in that amount of time when she had then spent 30 minutes on one pedicure. She told us that she would be happy to give us a refund. Then when we still wanted to get our nails done, she told us that she was "not going to service us because [she] didn't want to do us a disservice". At this point she clearly already did us a disservice as the nail polish I had on was ruined and there was no time to fix them before the ceremony, not to mention the time and money that was wasted driving there. After that, she told us that most people come to get their nails done because they want to relax... as if that's not what we wanted. To be even more rude, she told us that we were "choosing to be unhappy". Ultimately, after this about 7-8 minute conversation, she asked us if we still wanted to be serviced. She was making no sense by telling us that she booked us both at 10, then saying that she booked us back-to-back, then saying that she really needed 2 hours for each, then jumping back to saying that she could get us both done in 45 minutes total, then saying she wouldn't service us, and then asking us if we still wanted to get our nails done and making it seem as if we were just choosing to leave and not get them done. I am appalled by the complete lack of customer service and deception with booking time. We did not get our nails done, and we contacted Groupon for a refund, which they provided. However, because we had to get a refund, we were unable to review on Groupon which is major flaw in their reviewing system. All I can say is that G.G. was extremely rude, she is incredibly bad at scheduling appointments (which I have read as a common theme among other reviews), and I would definitely not recommend wasting your time or money with her service at Pamper Me Nails.

My friend and I both bought this GroupOn last week and called and made appointments for our manicures and pedicures. I wanted two appointments and G.G. told me that she put us both down at 10am. She did not say that one of us would go at 10am and then the other at 11am. I called her the day before our appointment to double check how long both appointments would take. She asked if we needed to leave by a certain time and I said we would need to leave by 11:15am because we had to attend a graduation ceremony at 12:00pm. She said that wouldn't be a problem and she could get us both done by 11:15am. When we arrived right at 10am, she was still with another another client and told us it would "be a little while." We waited and soaked our hands for 25 minutes and finally at 10:30am asked her when she would begin our service. She told us that she still had another client and that she would be with us shortly even though we were already 30 minutes past our initial appointment time. We expressed our frustration with the situation because we were still waiting and it was not possible that we would be both be able to finish our services in (now) 45 minutes. Then she began arguing with us and told us that it was not possible for us to be done in 45 minutes because each Groupon deal takes 1hr to complete and that she had booked one of us at 10am and the other at 11am. She never told me this over the phone and then she kept saying that it was in the Groupon fine print that she couldn't make two appointments at once (which it is NOT). We told her that it was never conveyed to us that we had back to back appointments rather than simultaneous appointments. Then she told us we were "choosing to be unhappy customers" and that she had to take care of her other clients who were "there to relax." She said she would no longer service us because she didn't want to service clients who argued with her. We were extremely frustrated because she had told me over the phone that we both had appointments at 10am had assured me that she could finish both of us by 11:15am. G.G. was SO rude and condescending when speaking with us and would ignore us to ask her other client if she needed water in the middle of our conversation. She then said that she could still get our services done if we wanted them. It was so confusing because she kept going back and forth on what she was saying. In the end, we decided we wanted a refund and she said that she would give it to us through the website. I am SO UNHAPPY with this service. I wasted an hour of my time, gas money, mileage on my car and didn't even get to have my nails done before my GRADUATION CEREMONY. Even though I am getting a refund, I am so unhappy with this service and think I should be reimbursed for my trouble somehow. Please get back to me ASAP. I do not think that G.G. should be allowed to have a Groupon available for other customers. She is so unprofessional, the salon is small and cramped and unhygienic, she has no respect for customers' time, and clearly she will lie to get customers in the door and give them unrealistic promises about appointment times.

I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure. I was told I could only schedule with GG for the Groupon and only friday, sat, and sunday- I should have read the fine print, but I've never purchased a Groupon that was so restrictive. I called to schedule 3 days in a row. GG never answered and her voicemail was full. The first day I called I sent an SMS message, which wasn't responded to. I called Groupon to get a refund. As I'm reading reviews, this seems to be a common problem for customers.

I bought a Groupon from G.G at Pamper Me Nails and it was the worst experience. I called her multiple times in order to set up a gel mani/pedicure appointment. And honestly, if it was about fitting me in for a next-day or sooner appointment, I would've understood that she had too late notice. But I was trying to schedule something a MONTH (April 20th) in advanced for a friend's wedding so I honestly don't understand why I was being ignored for so long. I've included pictures of my calls and conversations as well so that you can understand that I'm not trying to be overdramatic or lie - I'm just telling the truth from my experience as a customer. On March 12th, I called and received a voicemail. I thought NO BIG deal, I'll just leave a voicemail and she'll get back to me. I didn't hear anything back from her. On March 13th, I called and she picked up. Told me it was an inconvenient time and then said she would call me back to schedule another time. I understood - it can be a really busy thing scheduling these appointments and it's tough. But still NOTHING after that. On March 18th, I called again just to check. Voicemail again. I thought, hey I didn't want to bombard her voicemails so I just let that one go. On March 19th, I called and was sent straight to voicemail but it was FULL. So I couldn't even leave a message. So I decided to text instead. And that was a whole situation. She replied back right away on the 19th saying she was sorry and would check. So I thought, oh great. I'm just making her life harder and everything so I'll back off. It does seem like she's really busy and hey, it doesn't hurt to just wait a little bit. I mean it's a MONTH in advanced. I was probably just being over-cautious about the date because it was my friend's wedding and I am the Maid of Honor so I wanted everything to go smoothly. Well, I still haven't heard anything from her. I texted her again on March 20th and then another time on March 30th as seen in my text picture. Still nothing. I just contacted Groupon to get a refund. I've never been completely ignored like this EVER. I called a nail salon literally TODAY and they put me on their appointment list TODAY for April 20th. This was a waste of energy, time, and money. Save yourself and NEVER GO HERE. If this is how they treat their customers (who is BRAND NEW, mind you), I can't even imagine how they treat their in-person customers.
