The service here is really really bad. The employees that work for this company are very disrespectful and black women should not have to be subjected to this kind of treatment. I would not recommend this place.
Can I give them a half star? I called and made an appointment. And still waited 30 minutes for a mani pedi. The laziest mani pedi ever. I was in and out in like 45 minutes. no massages . No lotion. I'm so upset. It's like she didn't think I would tip so she didn't even make it worth it.. they don't even give you a manicure if you get a full set they just slap on nails and send you out looking however. My gel polish is lumpy and out of the lines and she filed off my nails without asking. Ugh. Don't go there for nails.. the girl that does the eyebrows though, she's really good! Eyebrows and lashes only okay
The lady who does lashes here was nice and I liked my experience with her, however: 1. she game me pink eye in both eyes when she did my lashes by not cleaning instruments in between clients. 2. There was two different girls/women who came in loudly demanding to be next or complaining about their lashes. Yelling cursing and threatening to "beat someone's ass" if she wasn't next in line (there was someone else waiting before her).. kinda ghetto
They suck! I got a full set, and a hour after leaving the shop my nails started chipping. I've had my nails done for almost a week now, & every time I look at them I want to cry. My nails are too big on my finger, the design looks like a 5 year old did. And my finger nail polish is chipping. I absolutely hate it, & never ever will I go to this shop again. & its super dirty, I'll go all the way over south to U2, (witch I usually do) I'll never be lazy again and go to a nail shop over north. They completely suck! Every last one does.
I gave a 3. Parts of my experience were a 5 and others a 1. The employees are kind, accomodating, and fast. My nails looks great and the prices are CHEAP. Its in North Mpls so it isnt very nice asthetically. It was not clean inside at all. All of the chairs, footstools, seats, counters, polish bottles etc had dust, polish, stains etc on them. The most disconcerting part is that there was not a drop of sanitizer on site. No tools or brushes were soaking. NONE. I would like to go back here for many reasons....cost, finish, and proximity to my office, but i cannot (and should not) get past the clealiness issue. I cant imagine they would pass an inspection sadly.
