While the esthetician was nice, and the brows looked good after an efficient job, it hurt a bit. Very affordable compared to fancy salons. I felt a "pinching" and exclaimed that I didn't know it would hurt. Next day I saw some scabs on both of my eyelids, which was alarming and a bummer because I was going to a big family wedding. I don't think it was noticeable at wedding a few days later thank goodness. My sister told me that some places use a cream to make it easier and not hurt the skin. Maybe ask about this option if you try it out.
