Wow, where do I begin! The presence of this wonderful woman of God! First and foremost, Mama made me Chai, then she sits and talks to you.If you want a real calming and loving space of healing then check this Salon out! Ms. Josephine, is an incredible healer, and she provides holistic healing services while she does your hair. I mean she held my hand and prayed for me before I left!
told me a way reasonable amount before my hair got done, and then told me a amount way higher after service was done. and in between getting my hair done was waiting on other people
I will never in my life come to this Unprofessional as sharp I ask for my hair to be braided into a ponytail which was stitch braids she don't know how to do stitch braids and she don't know how to braid I will never do any business with her ever again and I was nobody to ever come and get a fucking hair down here
The reason I went to this salon was because on some other website they had a five star rating, which is a joke. This place has no idea how to do white peoples hair. While my stylist was doing my hair, another stylist stood next to her like she was observing the whole time to learn how to do highlights. I had to pay for stylist mistake. When coloring my hair, she put too much color on top, and it took 3 tries re-doing it to get it right. Then she has the nerve to charge me for her mistake!! My advice: stay away from this salon. I hope you see the negative reviews, do not go by the site that lists salons near you. There is no possible way they could get 5 stars. An employee must have written that bogus review. Sally H.
The other staff is nice except for the owner Josephine, she has very rough hands and doesn't really care. Very rude too. If you come to this place request any other person other than her.
