I love the whole organic feel to this salon. They have all natural organic products....none of the chemical crap. My stylist did an amazing job cutting my hair, conversation was good, and that massage chair while my hair was shampooed was so relaxing. I highly recommend.
I got a haircut from here and my hair did not come out how I wanted it to. I went back and they tried to fix it which I appreciated them taking the time to do so, but they left my front pieces uneven in length. I will not be returning. For $65 for a haircut (plus tip) I expected to love my hair and I just don't like it and it is uneven. I also did not appreciate how they treated me when I asked for them to fix the cut. They made me feel uncomfortable about it and instead of apologizing were defensive and told me my hair just lays like this when it never had before this cut. They also became visibly frustrated and the hairstylist next to mine who stepped in to try to help was rude and short with me. They were able to get it to lay right after trimming it some more but now my left side is half an inch longer than my right side when it should be even. I would not recommend. I think for the price I am paying I should be happy with my cut and treated with respect. I have never had issues before with my haircuts so I am not sure why they blamed me but I moved here and was looking for a new stylist. I contacted my old stylist and showed her the cut and she agreed the front was uneven.
I sent my 14 year old son over for a haircut from Robert. He came back all smiles and said it was the BEST haircut he's ever had. He said he faded it right, thinned it right, and made it softer PLUS he had awesome conversation and got a shampoo while sitting in the massage chair. I'm happy he's happy. Great salon! Great owners! Highly recommend all the stylists.
As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with great service and a all around great vibe. There was not a single second they did not tell you what they were doing and how it would look. They were very meticulous in the work and made sure you were involved the whole time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I will recommend them to everyone! Robert cut my hair and he did a outstanding job.
