I really wish we had a better experience at Monkey Dooz. They are very nice and it has a great atmosphere, but needless to say the haircut was awful. I don't know if it was Cassandra's first haircut or not, but she butchered my son's hair. We seriously have PTSD from it. It looked like it was a free haircut in an alleyway. They offered for us to come back and fix it, which meant an even shorter haircut. They also reimbursed us for the haircut. Because of that, the are giving a 3 star for the customer resolution. We are super bummed that he now has a short haircut.
Love it here!! First off they have hand sanitizer at the front door. Nancy was great and patient with my little guy, kept a great conversation going, and perfected the hair cut. Thank you so much.
Wonderful experience for my 3 year old and 18 month old. Mady and Tiffani cut their hair at the same time, while they drove the car chairs and watched cartoons! Friendly, very efficient and my boys cuts look awesome! Thank you!
I love this place my son got his first hair cut here. You just have to be really outspoken and tell them what you do and don't like and if you see something wrong with the hair cut you need to speak up and let them know what you want fix cause kids do move a lot so it's not easy for them to have a perfect hair cuts but the employees will take there time with you but like I said you just have to speak up. My son got a lot of hair in his face and I constantly had to ask them to clean it off but they did there job when I spoke up and that's all that matters.
This is the best place to take your kids for a hair cut. I take my kids ages 3-16. They do a super quality job. They are friendly, fast and the prices are right.
