Done with this place and their poor customer service. They were good for their first year or so but their service has plummeted over the last few months.
Very disappointed with the beard trim ($17). I instructed that the barber leave it long but trim the sides and tidy it up. Inexplicably, he took off the upper 1/3 of my mustache and after he did it it was too late. Not a fan of how it looks, and I am hoping it doesn't look ridiculous while trying to regrow it. On the one hand, it seemed like the barber worked hard, but on the other, he just didn't do the job well. I learned my lesson - don't trust them with your beard, fellas. Some odd behavior from the female proprietor while I was there - she commented that it "smelled bad" and propped the front door open a few inches, then proceeded to grab a spray bottle that I guess was air freshener and spray several mists over the counter and just about directly on a kid sitting there.
