Need more techs I went to get my nails done the first time and I liked then the tech who did my nails went on vacation and I made an appointment with another tech and she told me she doesn't do acrylic so it was like I had to accommodate her. She ended up doing the acrylic but it felt like an inconvenience. Please hire more techs with skills and it would get a 5 star.
I came here and trusted these women and gave a good tip. Not only did they cut my cuticle to deep. My finger nail was on fire and she had to keep pouring alcohol on my nail to cool down. I asked for ombré and you can clearly see this is not ombré. Btw I had to go to the hospital for the pain and after I had to go to a different nail salon to help me and they did ! I came here because of the good reviews that I read online but I didn't even get the opportunity to experience anything because they turned me away at the door; claiming that they do not take any walk-ins....smh. The place only had two customers in there. Also, she's was very abrupt and basically trying to get rid of me...They do not close today until 7:30pm so I can't understand why wouldn't they want to fit in another possible customer. VIP Nails is literally 2-3 minutes from my job but they will never see me again!!!
