I came here before and they did a good job but charged me an extra $7 for a small to barely medium length acrylic set when nobody told me until it was time to pay. Well todayy I wanted to get my acrylics off and thought what could go wrong it'll be much easier than me using a card to dig between my nail and the acrylic. They didn't even soak my nails went straight to using an acrylic nail to dig between my natural nail and the acrylic and literally ripped my actual nail that's attached to my skin ... she said sorry and just put nail glue on top of my nail. She didn't even clean up the blood just left it there. I then told her to leave my other nail alone because I had already gotten the acrylic off and I cut it too short. She proceeded to try and cut my nail and ended up cutting some skin off. All of that to be charged $16 for "powder removal" when I'm bleeding on two finger nails and there's still acrylic on another nail and I didn't even get dip powder.. no consideration for hurting me more than once.
I could have done this pedicure better myself. Gloppy polish on circled, uneven nails. I'll never go back here. I didn't realize a pedicure could be done so poorly, until now.
Sign said "open" and hours were prominently posted on their door. I walked in at 5:15PM on a Tuesday (closed at 7:30PM per their sign) but was turned away by a woman saying they were closed even though a person was getting a pedicure. Bizarre. Won't be returning.
The first time I went there it was good, and I had given 5 starts. The last one they did was so terrible . I regret that I went back.
I had a horrible experience at this nail place today. My daughter asked the nail specialist to retouch her nails and both the lady and the owner looked at her like she was asking for something that wasn't possible and both were very rude to her. On the other hand, when I went to pick up my daughter, as I enter, I went back to the front door to make sure I had locked my car. This lady, that we think was the manage/owner, started screaming at me and asking "why I was locking her front door". Even telling me that I had no right to "lock her business's door". Yes, this was a very bizarre experience, and since I believe in customer service, specially when I am paying, I will never get back!
