Been going here awhile. It's a mother/ daughter team that provides different services.There is great detail to their work by them both. I was appreciative of what Cindy did by not charging for my haircut... see It's my last haircut before i lose all my hair to ravaging chemo... i sure didn't want to cut my hair but she made it doable.
I have been getting my hair cut by Cindy before she opened up her own studio! She does a great job with men's haircuts and I always enjoy talking with her! The environment of the store can feel a bit empty, but it never feels condensed or suffocating even if it is busy. I have tried several cuts around town in the past, and this is the best I have gotten yet for a reasonable price!
I cried when I got home and saw what had happened to my hair. Before starting, I asked if it would be possible to get a natural and subtle balayage. I specifically mentioned I did not want the typical bleached yellow look and wanted it to be subtle enough where it appeared natural and I would be able to grow it out. The pictures speak for itself. (See attachment). Within 24 hours I contacted the colorist Brittney and explained the problems, the choppy way the color was applied and the overall color, and was told my only option was to allow the colorist who ruined my hair to attempt to fix it. Because I obviously do not trust her to touch my hair again, I will not receive a refund nor the cost of fixing my hair. I went to other stylists to ask what could be done and was told it was done very very wrong. Thankfully I won't have to wear this hideous hair for long as I made an appointment elsewhere. Unfortunately $150 is in the garbage..plus the cost of fixing it.
