This is by far my favorite nail salon but too bad I don't live in Champaign, sad. I will have to get my nails done when I visit! Jessie will you eventually expand to Chicago/North Suburbs in the near future Hahahahaha :)
Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Jessie is great w communication and her work is solid. The place looks clean. Reasonable pricing as well. Will def come back.
My daughter got the full set of gel nail 1 week ago 3 just fell off! She paid 40+ for the set! Going today to see if they will replace the nails for free.. we will see
Saturday I asked to get a full set REGULAR. I wanted them square but just SLIGHTLY narrow on the side. I did not ask for coffin nails at all! Jessie (manager) knows exactly how I like my nails. So I was charged an EXTRA 5$ for "coffin nails" after she was done with the service. They don't look nothing like coffin nails. I even showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails and everything and told her NOT coffin nails! Even my friends (Chicago city girls) said they were NOT coffin nails. Regal nails are a rip off and charge you for literally everything! I got a polish change on my toes and I told the lady can she clip my big toe a little because a piece of my toe nail chipped off to I wanted it to be even. She tells me "Cut down is extra", like I know damn well you not trying to charge me extra to make my ONE TOE NAIL even? I hate to bash people but I work too hard for my money and when people pay you their hard earn money don't take that for granted! I'm very supportive with people businesses but this is my last time ever going back to regal nails. They are a rip off! People always told me not to keep getting my nails done there but I never listened! So DO NOT go to regal nails if you are picky about your nails because they will do what they want and still over charge you for it! Oh and side note: Regal nails don't do good coffin nails which is another reason why I never get them anyway. But as you can see these are what my nails look like which are NOT coffin nails... Overall, do NOT do business with them here! The prices are ridiculous and overpriced!
Very long lasting no-chip! You can option out of the hand massage and cuticles to get it for $23, going on week 3 now and they've only chipped minimally!Nice ladies that work there, just wish there was a larger color selection for the no chips, many colors are very muted, not enough pastels/ opaque nudes for the spring IMO, but that's just a small
