Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the place was closed. I called the number that confirmed my appointment and was told the person was running late by 45 minutes. I rescheduled for a later time. When I returned the person was busy talking to another person and was in a hurry to do my brows. She left one brow thinner than the other one, uneven. My previous experience with this place was the same. The person was having a conversation with someone else and again did my brows in a hurried manner. Seems the younger staff does not want to be there and are quick to thread without care of the end result. Will NOT be returning to this business again.
Didn't have a great haircut experience, but management went out of their way to make sure my friend and I were satisfied at the end. My friend really enjoyed her facial.
**UPDATE** the owner herself called Me to apologize for the miscommunication. I am going to go back to the salon, make sure you make an appointment no matter what anyone says on the phone. went to this place once for eyebrow threading and they were great. They claim to take walk ins but I walked in and was told it was appointment only. Then I called a few days later to make an appointment for 11AM Which is when they claim to open they would not take my name or any information and told me no appointment was necessary and I could walk in. I show up at 11:00 and the door was locked, waited 10 more minutes until 11:10 and the door was still locked.
I went to this salon to get a haircut. Naila was super sweet and accommodating to what I wanted done with my hair. She did exactly what I asked and even gave me some cute curls to go home with (which tbh she did not have to do). Great vibe inside, fun music, clean establishment. I saw the make up artist do make up for a few girls inside, they all looked amazing! For the quality of the work (both make up and haircut) the pricing is totally reasonable. I also got my eyebrows done, good attention to detail, respectful of what my wants are. Naila is fast with threading so pain was quite limited. Definitely will be coming back!
