My hair stylist was Chanitha and my experience was awful. I need to preface that I have never written a bad review for anyone or cared too. If I had a bad outcome it was my own fault but this was too much not to warn other people. Upon showing the stylist a reference photo of an all over cool toned blonde she just shut it down right away. Saying no she won't do it and that "a full foil would be better with my natural hair because women try so hard to get it to my color". Well if I wanted my natural color I wouldn't be coming to you in the first place and I have to live with it so I want what I paid for not your opinion. She will only keep talking your ear off in fast sentences so you can't understand and come to conclusion that will only frustrate you then have her say to "Okay?". Like no I want my hair done correctly. Will most likely guilt trip you about the cost of the bleach & tone and why you should do it her way. Hold your ground and be nice. After that it's basically her having conversations with herself about why she's so great at age 50 and her daughter. So you have that to look forward too. Lol Then after the washing process WHILE your are still in that washing station she will then RANDOMLY Comb through your hair leaving so much breakage and damaging your hair even more than you came in. The only thing she did correctly was tone it. The so called highlights are mediocre at best. Not mention when she styled and curled my hair I looked like an 80s rocker. I'm guessing she was fighting me so hard on it because she's not willing to learn new modern techniques and knew she couldn't do it. What a shame and my hair looks pretty much the same but more damage. Don't go here or if you do don't go see her.
Had a Brazilian blowout by COURTNEY. I have LONG,THICK,FULL head of hair to my BOOTY. My hair feels like never before, it dries in less than half the time , and its shiny! She had me in and out within 3 hours! . MY HAIR IS TO MY BOOTY PEOPLE!! it's been about 2months since I had this done and it still looks/feels AMAZING. I'll definitely be returning.
I asked for a trim and to keep my hair on my shoulders.. and she CHOPPED my hair off. An inch off my shoulders. " I guess I'm just a fan of short hair" " you'll get used to it" I was so sad and she wanted to cut more for layers.. No thanks Alyssa... No thanks. Not going back there.
Terrible customer service! Totally destroyed my hair. Turned it into straw. Did not listen at all to what I requested. Hacked it up when the haircut portion came. And the stylist wanted me to give her another chance to fix it at my expense of course! She actually wanted to charge me extra to fix my hair to fix the mistake that she made! I took my business elsewhere. Ashley from the salon needs to go back to school or find another career maybe in used car sales since she's so good at lying! If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Definitely buyer beware here!
Trisha has been doing my hair for about 9 months. I moved back to the area and it's always hard to find a new person. I was referred to Trisha and have not been disappointed! We have made some pretty drastic changes but have been taking it slow and she always says we can go back to how it was if you are unhappy. I'm in denial that I'm going grey! But she has been very helpful in the transition and always wants to make sure I am happy with the results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cut, color, or anything you need done, she can make it happen!
