After getting lost and worrying about being late (They're not in the store that's facing Meridian), a lovely young women worked a miracle on my hair. Unfortunately, I lost her card and don't remember her name. She was a tiny thing snd had long dread locks. Everyone there was nice though and very helpful.

Egregiously terrible haircut by one of their stylists yesterday. I have straight hair and asked for a straight across trim below my shoulders, very simple and basic beauty school request. She took at least an inch extra off and left me with the most crooked haircut I've ever received, it's like she didn't even try. I pointed out it was crooked and she stated "it's just how it's laying" after making a single snip. Like she started to try to fix it but took an additional inch off with that one snip and said eff it. She legit left me with a rat tail! I decided not to ask her (again) to fix it after her comments while I was there as she had already chopped it too short and was just going to make it even worse. This isn't "I had a bad day" bad, this is just blatant disregard or concern for final product.

Ask for Tiana! She has done mine and both of my daughter's hair ever since she has been at this salon and she never disappoints! She can do it all really talented with color and is not only great for adults but does wonders with kids. She's the only person my 2 year old will let touch her hair! All of the staff here is so friendly and professional!

Never again!!! Went in with hair down to my waist left with shoulder length orange hair! Such a disaster! Tears for days! The stylist said she could accomplish the look i showed her. I had the length to do it but ended up not even getting the cut i wanted. I was so disappointed. I don't even know why she cut 11 inches off. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Luckily i was able to at least get a different stylist to correctly tone it but im still stuck with an embarrassing cut that i paid over 200 dollars for and spent over 6 hrs getting!! Ridiculously incapable stylist!
