Went in with not much expectations. Was bed ridden & my caregiver was lacking at best. Ended up firing her.My hair was matted so bad I had to have a friend cut all the clumps out. I had Just left great clips on 224th & was rudely told she couldn't do ANYTHING but cut it all off. After she said so do you want me to cut it off or what? i have other customers waiting? I said no & walked out. I was already traumatized by losing my hair that was down to the middle of my back for 21 years. The hair dresser asked me how she could help me here. ( didn't get her name, but she had a little purple in the front of her hair) I literally started crying & told her I pray she COULD help me & showed her the back of my hair. I told her what happened & what the great clips stylist told me. She apologized for what I went through & gave me a big hug, told me to sit down & she would fix it for me. She did EXACTLY what I asked & made me feel like a human again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I WILL BE BACK!
First of all i made an appt one day for a full shampoo, cut and style, the next day an hour before my appt I get a call that Ash is not available so I reschedule for the following day. Ash sqt me down,, no shampoo then gave the worst haircut in my short 57 years on earth. A simple layering i asked for looks like I chopped of the top half layer strait across all the way around Other layers are not. I literally waisted 30 to have him ruin my hair. I could of done better myself
My 80 year old mother made an appointment at 2:00 they told her it was 12:00 and they were very rude to her and never tried to accommodate her I would never go to that place ever again
They are friendly and love to talk. I was told from another unnamed salon that they refused to cut my hair short- so I came here and the had no problem doing the initial chop and I keep going back there to get touch ups. They become family.
I walked in and I had a great haircut and a lovely experience! Very skilled job. I appreciate the ability to take walk ins. The staff are all pleasant and very knowledgeable.
