I was in with my family and I saw trash from the wall and was taking it off,and one of the employees called me out to no do that and ask why would I do that and laugh and then goes her way telling the rest of the employees and giving me dirty looks, if this is customer servic, I don't want it, would not recommend anyone else come in this so called business
There is a boring feeling in the store and very messy! I still get very little stuff, but the online shopping has taken a ton of customers away. And their is no changes whatsoever. Also you have to deal with some rudeness with customers lashing out at you!
Very disappointed...I looked at your black Friday ad and I see a griddle for 7.99. I think wow what an amazing price! I go to your store and find the griddle with the sign on it that says 7.99. I take said griddle and wait in line to check out. It's black Friday, so the lines are long. I make it to the register and they ring up my 7.99 griddle, but wait the griddle rings up for 21.99. I say there must be a mistake. I am then told that in the teeny tiny fine print of the ad it says with $14 mail in rebate, so I stood in line to purchase an over priced griddle (you can get one for $18 at walmart). I did not purchase the overpriced griddle, but I am quite annoyed that you wasted my time. Quit trying to rip off your customers! If you advertise a price don't make people jump through hoops to get it! People will just stop going to your store if you can't be trusted.

I have been shopping at this JCPenney's forever. Located on the far side of the mall. Multiple entrances. I recently shopped here after Christmas. There were some decent sales, but I didn't purchase anything. I do appreciate the petites section of the store. My dad loves some t-shirts and loaded up on them cause they were on sale and we could use a coupon. They do have great coupons (now that they are back to offering them). And, amazingly, we could the tax apparently contributed to the price of the item so even though the items were $4.99 each (he bought 5), we were able to use a coupon that required a $20 purchase. Some places won't let you do that. The store was well prepared for the holiday shopping traffic. It was all hands on deck at the registers. This made for a speedy checkout.
