Sat Forever waiting while my mom whom I came with got hers done immediately. While I sat in cold water with a fly buzzing around my head. Not at all happy here today. Lack of service. Sat way too long in cold water. Should have given discount. Charged full price for half service!
I was visiting from out of state and needed an acrylic fill with gel polish desperately so I called the closest nail place one morning not knowing what to expect and reluctant to try walking in. Got an appointment that afternoon. The place was clean, busy, efficient and nicely decorated. I was assigned to Kathy and was very pleased. She did a great job matching my color, fixing a broken nail with a tip and sending me out in Wayyyyy better shape than I came in. Prices were in line with my usual salon back home. Found we had several things in common to talk about. A very enjoyable experience and I would return for sure!
I got a full set done today, and Serina never disappoints, the quality of the nails are amazing and they usually hold up for at least 3 weeks. Could be more but I go every 3 weeks to get a new set haha! The vibe there is super welcoming and they're always making sure you're happy with their work before you leave the chair. ! I've been coming here since early 2020 and I don't plan to stop Anytime soon.
