A lot of pressure to upgrade my manicure after I stated I didn't want dip. Additionally, the gel manicure appeared bumpy. Technician said it would look better when it dried. The results remained the same. Day two, a layer of the gel peeled from my thumb nail. Called in and only the lady who help me could fix the nail so I have to wait until Tuesday when she is back in the salon to assist me and at that time the Technician can decide to redo the all nails or just the two that are damaged. Today is Sunday. My nails were polished Saturday. Saturday one of nails chipped. Sunday the thumb peeled.
I have been using this nail shop for more than two yrs now and have never had bad service. I've had my brows done as well.New shop and family friendly products are up to date I give it a 5 star
I went 1 week ago to the Sun City West location & was very disappointed. My Nails are already chipping -Gel Manicure- & the guy was rude and rough. He threw the color Palette in front of me & never said a word. I was very uncomfortable the entire time since he appeared ticked off. No one offered me Water or Coffee & the atmosphere was cold. I will never go back again!!
11/8/23: Have been going to this location for awhile. It was previously under other ownership that treated its customers with respect & good service. However, the current owners needs to improve their customer service skills! Was overcharged for a service & when I realized that after leaving the salong, I returned & tried to reason with manager(s). They tried to give me the runaround & argued about refunding my money. The prices for the services I received were on their website so I was not trying to scam anybody! Pointed out to them that good & honest customer service is important for any business. When you are rude to customers they can find other nail salons to go to besides yours!!
