I cannot give a rating since I never was seen at E-Clips~!...I had called to inquire as to how much a shampoo & cut would be...I also inquired if I could get in for a cut on Monday, the 8th...Since no one answered the phone, naturally, I left a message~!...NO ONE ever returned my call~!!!...I guess they don't need the business...Or, if that's the way they 'do' business, I won't go give them mine~!...Very disappointed, but it is what it is`!...
Love this place---they are really staying on top of the safety of the clients and all stylists wear masks and things are sanitized all day. I have the best stylist. She is the first person that actually got the haircut I wanted right. She is great at color too. I won't give her name as I don't want to have to beg for an appt. I will say, she is the most buff gal in the building.
I have thin hair and asked for a stylist who knows how to cut and style. Diana was recommended to me. I have had her cut and style my hair two times. She listened to my requests and both times I was very happy with what she had done with my hair. I have finally found my new stylist!
Got there 20 minutes prior to closing for a trim and was informed that they couldn't because they don't have time. I called about 6 times prior to driving to the location no answer to find that out. As a manager if your location is open to a certain time then that's what it is, I went to this location because of the reviews but not good experience.
Thumbs up to E-Clips. Have. Been going to Diana for years. She knows I have no talent with hair and fixes me with a no work style. All the stylists are friendly and it seems like a family. Owner Maureen is a sweetheart. Very busy place during Az snowbird season
