Been coming here for a bit & have NEVER been disappointed! Win is my girl & super great! No complaints ever! Kevin has also done my mani pedis before also. When he is not with a client he is ALWAYS cleaning! Shop is always super clean! Win does a fantastic job on eyebrow waxing! I am always walking on a cloud when I leave there! Oh did I say my nails last forever!
I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while but I was ready for a winter vibe. A woman named Jenny was ready for her next customer and she swore she was very good despite being a little young. My goodness. My nails stayed on for a little over a month and one finally broke off and another chipped. She was the first woman I ever went to get a removal for because they stayed on so well. 10/10 would recommend.
My 14 year old daughter went to this spa to get her nails done, we don't remember the name of the technician but just remember she was a blonde Caucasian. She was extremely rude told asked her if she smoked, asked her if she drank alcohol and when she said "no" she said she looked like the "Alcoholic type". Wtf to a 14 year old? That's no way to treat a minor and when she was telling her what she wanted she would tell her she is going to do what she wants and did a different design than what my daughter wanted. When she'd get a text message she'd stop service to answer. Very unprofessional and not worth 135$. If I was present we would've not paid.

I have tried to get " full service " twice at this location. Both times are during the week. You get turned down for service every time ! Yet no one is even inside? Not a good way to run a business hire people to perform services.
