Ok, I loved this place at first for dipped but have changed my mind. If you get Annie to do your dip - you will be happy. If you get anyone else its hit & miss or horrible. First couple times I got Annie and loved how they came out. Then, I got Austin and they were all uneven and lumpy in coverage. I was bummed out leaving knowing Id be looking at them for the next 4-5 weeks. Then I got Annie again and she even asked where I got them done last. After that visit, I got her daughter (Katie, I think) - she was super sweet, high attention to detail and like her Mom beautiful work but done way too thin and took twice the amount of time. They were so thin, I had to go back in the next day to fix large chips and about three weeks in the entire dip on my thumb nail popped off. Went back in and again got Austin. She did much better that round - you could tell Annie had been working with her. However, the next time I went in, Annie asked me who did them. I told her Austin and I commented on how much better she did but what Annie didnt mention was Austin did them wrong again which allowed a bacteria to grow on my nails under the dip. I had no idea until the next visit when I got her daughter again. When Katie removed the last round, I noticed a greenish brown on a lot of my nails and asked her about it. She said, it happens when dip wasnt done properly and water is able to get underneath. Annie heard her daughter, came right over and said they were ok, that the marks had grown out since last time... I was just like - what? So then she told me, only her and Katie would do my nails from then on. Well, not even 24 hours later, 5 nails had big chips. Again, beautiful job by Katie but way too thin. Job wise - I work a lot on a computer. They broke while getting dressed and washing dishes - not doing anything crazy. So, I went back in next day to have them fixed. Annie is great but seemed frustrated. She gave them a quick fix slapping way too much on this time and for the first time ever with her they looked a bit sloppy (granted she had another scheduled customer waiting but still) then she said next time to let Katie know to go thicker, that people typically like them thin so she wont know otherwise. I'm sorry but no one pays that much to have dip last less than 24 hours. And, it was half the thickness that was normal for dipped nails - compared to everywhere Ive gone in the past and compared to Annies work. The place - although I love Annie and her daughter is a sweetheart - is too hit and miss. Not to mention - nails arent a need. These days with expenses being what they are, this is the one thing a month I treat myself to. Being in a business that isnt a nessecity - they should be keeping that in mind. People will stop bothering or go somewhere else. Wish the ladies the best but I'll be finding a new place.

Service and Value: - I had a $60 "deluxe pedicure" with gel colored nails - took about 1,5 hours - no Apple Cash/ tap payment available - Salon does not look the cleanest I would consider the results as okay. Not coming back considering those circumstances. If they upgrade their salon and have a cleaner environment, definitely.

I really like this place and they've always done a good job. But my problem is they charge more than what the piece of paper says when they hand it to you. I told her I didn't want her to scrub my heels but she did it anyway I told her to stop and then she had the guts to charge me for it. And my heels are worse now than when I walked in so I just don't think that's right but they do a good job overall.

As I am currently sitting in the chair I now realize I will never ever ever return to this place again! Im just too tired to get up & leave right now. Firstly I've been coming here for several years and I knew this place was not top notch but I was content...things today seem a bit off, its very quite & mundane here, as I enter the place there is no official greeting Jen just want to know what I want done, (pedicure) the polishes are all old dry & dull looking, the suns out so I'm ready for toes out, with bright vibrant colors that is. Jen seats me at the tub and ask if i want my eyebrows done, i state no they were messed up last time & I'm waiting for new growth, she ask who did them, i told her SHE DID! She says nothing and walk away! No apology no let me fix for you no nothing! No offer of a water no massage chair start up, hell I didn't even get one of those little blue tablets for my foot bath! I just did not feel like a valued paying customer and I refuse to spend any of my hard earned money here any more! Customer service & appreciation is key! *I usually have Julie do my nails, I find that she's very attentive to her work.* But still I must find some place that can provide a better all around experience.

Ruined my nails. I came in for a gel polish change and left with brittle, thin, and damaged nails. Instead of soaking of the gel polish like most salons do, the woman took the metal dremel and took off all my polish and with it came my nails. She lightly buffed my nails with the buffing tool and tried to tell me to go wash for painting. When I saw my nails, they were bumpy, and and parts were so thin. When I told the woman at the front that my nails were now all bumpy and asked her to help, she kept saying "that's what she is doing hunny" The gel chipped by day 2 of wearing, and now I am left with breaking nails. This will take months to recover and grow out which just really sucks. I don't feel like anyone in here knew what they were doing and they kept arguing with customers. The lady next to me was showing them how the color she chose on the gel color sample was different than how it looked on her nails. There are way better places to get your nails done than here. Don't waste your time, money, or mail health coming here.
