If by chance this is the only salon you have to choose from for a haircut....don't. I had the worst hair experience I have ever had and I am 67 years old. Sue doesn't know what she is doing. I finally told her to stop cutting. She had one side longer that the other by far and kept telling me I wasn't going to like the layers she had done. She first was going to send me out with a soaking wet head. After insisting she blow dry it, as I had made an appointment for cut and style, I saw how she had butchered my hair. She didn't seem to care and just said "I usually do better". A lot of good that did me. She kept telling me I had 3 days to come back and get it fixed. NO WAY IN HELL WAS SHE OR ANYONE FROM THE STUDIO GOING TO TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN! If you must go here....DON'T LET SUE GET NEAR YOU!
Have been getting my toes done by Luann for years now! After nearly losing a toenail at another salon. I swore off pedicures. After having excruciating ingrown pain my sister told me to try Luann. Thank god I did she kept me out of the pediatrist chair for years. Always punctual, extremely clean, and offers great advice and tips to keep you feet in great shape. I can't wait for my next appointment!
Luann responded to my 5/18/2022 review in some messages. Anybody looking to have your nails done..... she doesn't dispute the time of the appointment. The BOTTOM LINE is --- she wanted to have her hair dyed - period. That the customer had to wait for her, for close to 15 minutes (and it could have been longer...) was not of importance to her, including that the receptionist had to go looking for her inside the salon. At your own risk, people, but be aware....
a few years back - Pedi appt at 1:00 with LuAnn following my 12:30 haircut/she even saw me in the stylist's chair. 1:00 goes by, 1:05, 1:12 - so I ask receptionist where is LuAnn? - she finds her in the adjoining room to the salon - getting HER OWN hair done - LuAnn walks over, in a cape - NO apology, no 'I thought your appointment was (at a different time)' -- ZIP ZERO NADA - she admonished me for my impatience!!! In her words, that it was ONLY 1:13 --- like I was supposed to WAIT FOR HER?????? I left, had to find a walk in place for a pedi as I was leaving for Florida on an 8:40 flight that night. She never contacted me, I later saw her in the salon as I got haircuts, never said a word to me..
