I want to point out there is a customer service difference between the Maple Grove vs Plymouth locations. Maple Grove is always friendly and helpful, even in the times I've only ran in to only purchase shampoo. The Plymouth location it is noticeably a different vibe. The 3 times I've visited Plymouth I walked away feeling like I was an inconvenience or a disruption to the front desk staff. My first visit was for a massage and the impression was one of "I just want to get this lady done so I can go home". I know I was the last appt on a Friday, but as a customer I shouldn't be able to notice that. If that person wanted to go home, I would have rather be called and rescheduled. That massage was a gift for my birthday and the memory of it is disappointing. I would definitely direct you to the maple grove location for service.

My stylist is fantastic - she takes in my ideas about what I want, & translates them into something better than I imagined! I always leave the salon feeling refreshed, confident and fabulous!

Mercedes has been my stylist for..probably 6 years now...she knows me and understands exactly what I want and how to get there. she's willing to jump if I want to..and is also willing to turn things around when I realized what I thought I wanted..I didn't after a week of "trial run" I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to this queen. she has a heart of gold and an eye for excellence
