I have been to this salon twice. My first experience was great! My second was pretty awful. And of course it all comes down to who you have as a technician. I had a pedicure followed by acrylic nails both times. First time, my nails were beautiful and I had wonderful experience. I was so happy to find a place that had a comfortable atmosphere, was competitively priced with a quality product. Second time one fingernail was sanded through to a spot of blood. For my toes, I used regular polish rather than gel because I didn't want to keep having the gel sanded off. My real nails are thin. I was told the polish was dry and I could put my shoes back on. It was not, and I ended up with sock dents in the polish. When I went back the following day to get it fixed, I was told I "should know" that regular polish takes 2 hours to dry. Implying that I'm pretty stupid and annoying with a request that was all my fault. I understand and have patience for language challenges and recognize there are cultural differences. But kindness should be universal. P.S. I did 3 stars as a balance between a great experience and an awful one. 2.5 would be more accurate but decimals aren't available on the rating system.
As perfect a pedi as I've ever received. Friendly and comfortable place with good selection for colors. Great attention to sloughing and nail shape and preparation, and perfect color application. I felt they were much more customer focused than many other salons I've been to where I felt incidental to their own discussions. I would highly recommend BH Nails!
BH nails is GREAT!! Would definitely recommend! They all do great work- Ann did my wedding nails and more recently this light purple chrome set. The week before my wedding I brought my bridal party in and everyone was so happy with their nails! Consistently great work and super nice people! Will continue coming back!
From out of state & visiting family, I found myself in a quick need for an acrylic fill. The reason? I was off to a jeweler with my guy to pick up an engagement ring .... The nails HAVE to look good. I was able to make an appointment with 1 day notice, got taken exactly at my appointment time.. Ann took only 25 minutes to do the most beautiful job ever. Thank you, Ann & BH Nails .
