Bree was amazing, she listened to my daughter's need, considered what we've already been doing and the products we have at home and made recommendations that worked for us. The facial she gave my daughter was very comfortable and thorough! We are definitely going back!

Went here in Feb fir s chemical peel It was satisfactory Student suggested I make another appointment 2 weeks later. I did and recorded the time in my calendar I go for my appointment today. Snd they tell me none is on file. I explain what was done snd she says it can't be and please leave. Nothing like wow I'm sorry let me rebook snd give you a credit Just please leave. Beware the disorganization here unless you want to treated like a liar and thrown out!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Ps s Zero star is not available do they got 1 star but deserve zero!!!

This is the first time I've been to PCI Academy, I got an excellent hair cut by Rebecca. When I booked my appointment online I was assigned to another stylist, but she was running behind, because I checked first available when booking, Rebecca was able to get me in right away. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and a couple photos of what I DIDN'T want. She asked a few questions about my hair routine and life style then got her instructor before proceeding to the next step. He looked at my inspiration photo and they talked about how she was going to go about achieving the style. I found this process very interesting, I had never been to a cosmetology school before. After a shampooing and conditioning, which took WAY longer than it should, I was starting to feel a little dizzy from laying back so long, we went back to her chair. Her instructor showed her how to section my hair and he showed her how to proceed. He did one side, then she did the other, section by section. He did a final check of her work then she added some styling products, she talked briefly about the products she was using then did some finger twists before diffusing my hair. I don't style my hair this way, or use the type of products that were used, And she didnt have a clue how to properly diffuse curly hair So I couldn't wait to get home and style it "my way" But I must say this is one of the best hair cuts I've had. Overall my experience at PCI was a vey positive one. I will definitely go back! Rebecca if you see this review, I would recommend watching a few YouTube tutorials on styling curly hair. During your consultation you should ask about how the person styles their hair. ( products used, brush, scrunch or finger style?)

Very disappointed in my experience. I had booked a facial for 9:15am and was promised that it would be finished by 10:30am, at the latest. However, I waited for 15 minutes to be seated, than another 20 minutes until my facial began, resulting in my service not being finished until 10:55am and making me late for work. The person who did my facial was amazing, but the environment was not. I was attempting to listen to the quiet music and take in the peaceful ambiance, but could only hear two other stylists gossiping for my entire facial. They were talking about very inappropriate topics and loudly for all to hear. I was disappointed as I could not relax and enjoy my service. Both the waiting time and environment could be easily fixed and I surprisingly disappointed with my visit.
