Absolutely love seeing Jenna at The Hair District! I feel like a princess everytime I walk in. I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. This salon is always top notch clean with the entire staff being just so friendly! Highly recommend!

I see Nicole and love her. She knows what to do for color and I also always leave with a great haircut. My kids see Jaclyn and she is fabulous. My sons hair is not easy to cut, it has curl and a ton of hair. She always does a great job with him and my daughter.

Brought my daughter in for a cut from Jacklyn tonight. Unfortunately she didn't listen at all to what she wanted, and cut more than 4 inches off her hair (even after showing her a photo of exactly what she wanted!) I asked several times while she was working about the length, and she responded that "it would look longer" after it was styled and dried. First time I've heard that?! She was about 15-20 minutes late, which I guess is understandable with an evening appt. It didn't seem necessary then to spend 25 minutes styling a young girl's hair with 3 products on a school night. I left with a pretty tired kiddo whose hair was much shorter than we were looking for. I guess it grows back. This is my second unhappy experience at this Hair District - I won't return.

Worst place I have ever been to. The place was dirty to start and not only that Jacklyn is the worst stylist ever. She did not here anything I said or wanted. She butchered my hair into a mullet. I then called for money back after many suggestions. I never heard back from her. Do not go to her or that place they have no customer service. I even sent photos to a different stylist and agreed that my hair is also very very damaged. I would not let anyone touch my head there again.

Went here after New Years 2018. I got a partial of highlights. I don't know why but I can't remember my stylist's name. I want to say it was Carrie maybe? She had long blonde hair with lovely blonde highlights, lol. I wish I could be certain that was her name because she did a great job. I just went through 10 days of jet lag right after my experience, so maybe that had something to do with it. But, I was so happy with the highlights and her specific explanation of the color she chose. We got into great depth re: the color because I am a neutral with some red and yellow undertones which makes it very challenging to know how to choose color. I alternate between strawberry blonde and golden blonde, but warms and cools have both worked and not worked on me. That said, I wear my natural color for long stretches because I like to keep my hair healthy so I'm not expert at color. We discussed it in detail and she told me exactly what I need to request when I go to another stylist as I live in another country where it's extremely difficult to get a good haircut, let alone color. I had paid $70 plus tip at another salon in the area for a haircut 10 days prior (I desperately wanted a good haircut). It was a good experience but the cut needed more shape after I got my highlights. She tweaked it for me and it was spot on. It was exactly what I wanted. She also gave me specific styling advice. All in all, I walked out feeling great about my hair but also feeling more informed about how to duplicate the good result. I hate feeling like it's a crap shoot as to whether or not I'll "get lucky" again. Sigh. One of the hazards of living where I live, I guess. We also had a long and deep convo about politics and living abroad, lol. Seems the norm when I go home. ;) But she did a great job and it was not astronomically expensive like some other places I've been in the area which means I will definitely go back!
