My wife is a Raving Fan of Reflect Salon in Plymouth. She goes on about how professional and wonderful the experiences in that location is. The welcoming and hospitable environment keeps her coming back and recommending the salon to friends and family. The staff including Randi and Gary are top notch and gems of the business. If you want an enjoyable excursion treating yourself to the pampering, Reflect Salon is the place to go!

To anyone who is reading the reviews, this salon is NOT NEW REFLECTIONS it is called Reflect Salon. I have been going to this REFLECT SALON for many years and absolutely love it. Everyone who works there is looking out for you and making sure your experience the best. I would recommend to anyone. Try it out and you won't regret it.

I have been going to Reflect off and on for many years. I really want to like it because it has a nice environment, I love Aveda products and the location is great for me. The problem is experiences here are hit or miss and I've had too many misses. A couple of time, I have found a good stylist who I'd go to steadily for 2-3 years but then they left to work elsewhere. I've also had three experiences that just should not happen in a salon of this level. One was, when trying a new stylist, I talked up front about a strong colic and started telling her one side of my bangs needs to be longer when wet to accommodate the colic impact on dry hair. She said she didn't need any instruction, she knew what to do. Once dry, my bangs were totally uneven due to the colic not being accommodated and her comment was "Wow, that is a strong colic". With my totally uneven bangs left untouched, she gave me a full price bill. Another time I had my hair colored by one of the more senior stylists who also is an educator. When booking the appointment, I said I needed a root touch up for grey coverage and then a light all over coloring for the dark brown to blend, I reminded the stylist before she began. She proceeded to give me an overall color, when I mentioned the greys, she said it would be fine. I ended up with a distinct line of lighter color at my roots as of course, the color did not take as well on the grey roots. Response was that she'd have to do it differently next time (exactly as I had asked for the first time) and then gave me a full price bill. Third bad experience was asking for just a half inch all around trim and without even asking, she cut layers into my same length hair.

I wasn't planning on writing a review, because customer service was apologetic and reimbursed the service. Unfortunately, I'm still too upset because a refund can't fix my hair. My hair went all the way down my back and I loved it. I was hesitant about even getting a trim because I planned a long hairstyle for my wedding. I discussed a trim with my hairstylist and she agreed no shorter than my belly button. She cut 12 inches of hair! My wedding is 2 months away and I have to consider whether I want to spend hundreds of dollars on extensions or settle on a hairstyle that I didn't want. From this one appointment, I managed to lose length that will take 2 years to grow back. It's not fair of me to be critical about the entire establishment, I'm sure many of the stylists are great. My advice is to be VERY clear about what you want and remind them.

The person I saw last was not good and pricey! She had the dryer heat so high that steam was coming out! My hair was damaged by that process. I will not go back to her again and now I will be in the repair the damage state, costing $$$$. Now having said that there was a gentleman that actually did the most wonderful job on my hair with color, cut and conditioning that I will request again. Be careful on what stylist you get, when you get a new one do not settle for the next available appointment there is a reason they are open.
