I am going to get my nails done today but definitely not going back here. My last experience the front lady was rude and so was my nail tech. I was uncomfortable and didn't even like the nails i went home with

I was a regular for many years and then had kids. I got a gift card maybe a year or two ago and now both my mothers and I $40 gift cards weren't accepted due to a system change. Well the money was still taken off the gifters credit card for services.... poor customer service not to honor them in any way. Now I probably will go elsewhere all together moving forward.

Sorry upfront for the long post, but I was extremely insulted today and wanted to share. I always try to post positive reviews when I can and I don't think I have ever posted a negative one. Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. There were 3 of us and we made a reservation a day ahead to make sure we could get in together. This was my idea as a gift to my best friend for her birthday and my daughter in law for her upcoming baby shower in two weeks! My First impression - not good. Make sure you read part #1 and part #2 which was the reason I wrote this review. Part #1: The receptionist! Why would the owners want a rude person representing their business? I could say she was being efficient and just doing her job....but I almost walked out when I first got there. "Give me your name and info, wash your hands, pick out your color over there, go sit in seat 2". No eye contact, very robotic- felt like we were being herded like cattle! On a positive note, I believe we were all happy with our pedicures/manicures....so I'm sorry to say the bad out weighed the good today. Part #2 - the check out! Let me point out that I haven't had a pedicure in over two years. This was a real treat for all of us and I was happy to pay for us all. The receptionist scanned my card, gave me the receipt to fill out - typical breakdown with total on line one, my tip on line two and the TOTAL on line three. As I'm walking out the door with my group, she stops me and says "Kim, is this correct?" When I walked back and approached she pointed at my tip on line 2 and wanted to know if that was the correct amount for all 3 nail techs. I said, yes it is "I'm not rich sorry"...and it's why the total on line 3 includes it. She totally Tip shamed me and when I told her I thought it wasn't a very nice question to ask someone, she loudly replied that she was just making sure. My tip was not huge but it was fair for a bill over $120! Needless to say, these 3 gals will never be back.

What happened to this place? I used to love it here and the family was so friendly but now? I'll never come back. Two encounters with the most surly, unpleasant,receptionist ever and then substandard service on top of it? I came in for a manicure, and instead got some kind of gel garbage that was poorly applied damaged my nails, and no attention to my nails whatsoever - you know, cuticles, etc. The pedicure was equally poor. The only thing rich was the price tag at the end. I will never be back. And you should avoid this place too. You've been warned. I know lots of people who complain about that unpleasant, unfriendly unhelpful receptionist and who because of her, have changed salons. I guess I'll get a referral from one of them because did I mention? I'll never be back.

I've come here once prior for a pedicure and have been recommended this salon for manicures by close friends. My initial visit for a pedicure was great, but the second visit for a mani/pedi didn't go as well. The pedicure was fine, not much attention to detail with cuticle work but that's somewhat typical for a pedicure in my experience. My nails are where I feel frustrated. The appointment was for 4 on Friday and the pictures were taken on Sunday morning, less than 48 hours later. The polish is chipping, the clear coat was not done evenly, and the polish doesn't reach to my cuticles on majority of the nails. I would like to note that the polish is regular polish (not gel or dip) however I have been painting my own nails and getting manicures with this polish for years and it never looks like this after only 1 day of wear. I also received terrible cuticle work, which I specifically said was my biggest concern. When I pointed out to the nail tech that I would like more attention to the cuticle area he picked at only one finger until I was bleeding. I will not be coming back here for a manicure and the pedicure service was just ok.
