First note: this salon does not take appointments. It is walk-in only. I decided last minute to get a pedicure and my usual salon (salon Xpression) was completely booked so I took a chance and tried La Chic based on positive reviews. My first impression was that the salon looked cluttered and while it didn't look dirty per se it was clearly rundown. The person who greeted me was not wearing a mask despite letting me into the locked salon. In fact, she didn't put the mask on for several minutes despite being within 6 feet of me. I decided to treat myself to an upgraded pedicure that came with a mask and hot stone massage for $55 dollars. My normal salon charges $45 and includes all of the above plus a hot towel wrap and additional 10 minute leg/foot massage and usually takes roughly an hour to complete. My service at La chic was complete in just under 40 minutes. The hot stone massage was seriously disappointing (and the only "massage" lasted just 3-4 minutes), the tools did not appear to be sterilized, and my polish looked like something I could have done at home. This was my first professional pedicure in over a year and quite frankly it felt like a waste of money. I will not be returning.

My daughter loves them!! The place is nice, clean, and great atmosphere. Service is amazing and they're very friendly. We come here every two weeks now. She's a loyal customer.
They wouldn't polish my 7 year olds nails and they have an open sign on and refused to do my nails. It's 6:13.... maybe turn your open sign off if you're closed??? I highly DO NOT recommend. Never had my daughter turned down. Do NOT go here.
Walked in on a Saturday. Got a full set mani and pedi. Outstanding service. The shop soon became packed with regular clients who the owners greeted by name. As there were only 2 people working, there was a wait. However, the wait was worth it! Unlike other places, I had no chips, no breaks and the color looks great 2 weeks later (and I am very active and hard on my nails). Will return!
